Sandy Rose has the markings of a true stylista: her Flickr page is filled with loads of wardrobe inspiration, but we were especially impressed by how skillfully she re-works her classic pieces to turn out entirely new chic ensembles.

Legend has it there’s a little fountain in the Sunshine State that restores youth with just one sip. Sure, and we have a bridge for sale. Though there isn’t a magic elixir to erase the years, you can prevent the tell-tale signs of aging.

The need to keep warm and look good can sometimes present a fashionable conundrum – that’s why we were floored by these glam City residents who clearly understand how to brave the elements without losing their personal style.
